LeuvenAir, one of the first Luftdaten communities in Leuven/Belgium, have decided to call it quits after two years of activity. The main reasons behind this decision are:
- observed deterioration (loss of sensitivity) of the sensor hardware after two years of operation
- lack of an active community and support
They have decided to compile all their measurements, with some additional metadata, and offer it to a datathon for students at the KU Leuven University at the end of February 2020.
